No. It's simply not possible. The ability to monitor hardware components
depends on the hardware manufacturers writing drivers and making software
available that both expose this data to the system. And it's very specific
to what hardware you're using so there isn't really anything in Vista itself
that I'm aware of (and if there was, it would simply be using the data
exposed by drivers, for reasons I've already covered).
