Apart from the graphics card and the fact I have a Athlon64 3500+, we
have exactly the same kit and it works fine for me to the point where I
completely ditched XP.
If you go to Asrocks website and download the version 3.51 LAN drivers,
they support Vista for the LAN. The link is here:
http://download.asrock.com/drivers/U...ista(v351).zip
The onboard sound drivers then get installed via Windows Update.
