I have found the problem for me. Is anyone else running Symantec Antivirus 10.1 (more specifically 10.1.0.396). After uninstalling this Antivirus the problem did not go away. But once we installed 10.1.5.5000 (labeled as 10.2) the problem went away. The services did not crash and I was able to restart them. Good Luck! |
