It is not compatible with Vista at this time. I have nothing but praise for ZoneAlarm software meant to work with XP. Maybe they can get their act together (several months late) and make ZoneAlarm compatible with Vista. However, the best software in the world is only as good as the support department behind it. ZoneAlarm has one of the worst support departments in the business, worse than Webroot but better than Norton. I have found that, based upon my own experiences with all three companies and many of their different products, they are all at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to knowledgeable advice and answers.
