A couple of possibilities come to mind. One, you have something running,
perhaps some system cleanup application that might be corrupting or
otherwise deleting a file that is necessary for the applicaation. NOTE: it
might be some Dell Utility. If you have something on your system similar to
Dell Tools or Dell Utility, check those to see if there is such an app and
turn it off.

Another possibility might be a security issue. You might try turning off,
UAC, Control under Users in Control Panel. Then, let things go until the
next backup, see if it runs without issue. If yes, it sounds as though you
need to take ownership of the folder in which the backup is being saved.
