Hi,

Is the POST reporting the drives correctly? The BIOS?

Though it's an older board, I don't see any immediate reason it shouldn't
work. The IDE controllers are pretty standard, so would I suspect the BIOS
timing may not be set correctly, an incorrect boot device is being chosen,
or that the cables themselves are not fully seated.
