Re: Windows Mail - Create Mail - new e-mail window freezes No, you can't change the text editor in Windows Mail.
A few people have reported unusual slowness with some Windows Mail
functions. A couple of those say they got temporary relief by opening
Windows Calendar from within Windows Mail, and then closing Windows
Calendar.
You might also try temporarily uninstalling your antivirus program, just
to see if that makes a difference.
