I tend to think the unspoken message is: It's not free for business use.

It's a practical approach for any product to start with its home market and
roll over to foreign markets, be it MS, Intel, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda,
Louis Vuttton, Christine Dior...

If one can't handle the home market, don't even bother to think foreign
markets. But since it provides English version, it might have more things
in mind.

I never used the browser but I do know the existence of Phoenix Studio which
to me is a mystery.
