Step 1...
Try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will
delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded
elsewhere? (Many users don't.)
If resetting IE settings helps with this site, you will still have to
re-enable browser add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be
found.
