Hello,

Following these steps should work if you are running windows XP
Professional. If you are running Home, you will need to re-start your
computer in safe mode and log in as the built-in administrator.

- right-click on the folder
- click Properties
- Click the Security tab
- Click Advanced
- Click Owner
- Where it says Change Owner To, select Administrators
- Put a check mark next to Replace owner on subcontainers and objects
- Click OK
- Click Add
- Type: Everyone
- Press enter
- Click the check box under ALLOW for Full Control
- Click OK

You should now be able to delete the folder.
