a very simple way is to use live messenger on both computers... and install
the live messenger PLUS!
add-on for live messenger, that has an option to "autoaccept" invitations
for webcam use...

you will have 2 different msn accounts on for each computer.. so you will
start a webcam conversation from one computer to the other, the other will
auto accept via the live messenger plus auto accept function and you will be
able to see
the other webcam

and of course messenger is here http://messenger.msn.com
