That key is a list of Restricted Sites, which you can see by going in
IE7 to Tools, Internet Options, Security. Some third party anti-malware
programs go hog-wild by adding thousands of 'bad' websites to that list.
When you are composing a HTML email, the editor has to check
what you are entering against the Restricted Sites list.
