FWIW...MS Digital Image Suite 10 runs fine
on my Vista partition. I realize this does not
answer your question but at least you know
it is possible.

There is a readme file on the install disk that
offers some install tips.

Sometimes script errors can be generated
on a system that requires maintenance like...
Disk Cleanup, Error Checking and Defrag.

Also incompatibilities with Video drivers,
Printer drivers, Virus scanners, etc... can
cause issues.

The only compatibility updates available are
*not* for version 10.
