I don't fully understand your post, but I'll make some comments anyway on
the basis that they may provide some acceptable outcome for you.
If the Roxio program came with your computer, it seems to me it's likely
installed. What I don't understand is your comment that you're not trying to
install it.
So, here is my contribution: If the program is installed, and you don't
seem to want it, uninstall it and the error message should go away. You
should be able to uninstall it in Control Panel Add/Remove Programs.
If the program in fact is not installed, then I don't understand how that
error message has anything to do with Roxio.
My final comment is that if you can't resolve this issue by yourself,
contact the vendor of you computer to check whether it has a solution.
