hp.com. I have solved the problem .
I found out that my DSL router also as a firewall with it. What I did was go
to that router firewall and lower the setting from medium to low. Now I can
download from hp.com. With all the experts I talked to no one of them thought
of this. With this computer, with Vista and the last computer with XP, the
people I sugggest you stay away from is HP support group. All caused me, with
both computers to have to go into full recovery and solve nothhing.
