Yes I've checked that

Under device manager it has.

Two Intel Pentium (R) D CPU 3.2GHz This is correct
Yet
Under system ( where the Index Base score is shown) It says

Intel Pentium (R) D CPU 3.20GHz 3.19GHz
Is that correct?
