HELP! I'm trying to upgrade to Vista Premium. When it begins, it goes thru
the "collecting information" stage - but I think I'm having a problem. This
is taking hours! I stopped the installation as nothing seemed to be
happening. There was no disk drive ctivity - it just seemed to be frozen.
(Screen wasn't - it was still showing the green activity bar moving in the
center, but the one in the corner never moved....)

Any suggestions?????
