d3drm.dll is part of Direct X, Please re-install direct X, Latest Version is
10 however i'm not sure if this is part of the dx10 install try downloading
and installing dx9 from microsoft. or alternatively google the d3drm.dll and
there are numerous soloutions and suggestions made.
