Yet he has posted his problem in 2 newsgroups and has
not received a direct solution.
In order to make shares work on his 2 vista computers he
has had to create an extra user. His wife has one
computuer he has the other. To "share" files they
created a workgroup then created a second user on each
machine to allow that user to share the files
Computer 1 husband with 2nd user wife
Computer 2 wife with 2nd user husband
The problem is that when they start their computer both
users are on the startup screen, they only want one.
Husband wants Husband on his computer. and Wife wants
wife.
I'm interested in your solution as I have the same
problem.
