This is a known "feature" of Outlook in that it takes over as default
whenever you have an update. See
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#13
Go to Control Panel | Default Programs and make WinMail default next time
and that should fix it.

:I have Access code that sends an email. It has always sent the email using
: Outlook Express.

: But now that I've upgraded to Office 2007 and Vista, the same operation
pops
: up a message saying I have created any profiles. It then appears to want
me
: to define email profiles for Office and Outlook.

: But the Outlook Express replacement, Microsoft Mail is what I want to use.
: And I certainly don't want to have to enter my email info in yet another

:
: Is there no way to have Access send an email via Microsoft Mail rather
than
: Outlook?
:
: Thanks.
