Windows Live Messenger 8.5 Beta (Build 8.5.1235.0517) has been updated to (Build 8.5.1238.0601). This has been done through Windows Update in Vista. Or you can download it from Live's site:
http://get.live.com/betas/messenger_betas If you were using A-Patch with the first 8.5 Beta build (above), you will need to download a updated version of it to work with the newer second build (above). Here's the link: http://apatch.org/downloads.php
