My windows is vista home premium and 32-bit operating system.
AS I AM A NOVICE AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND FROM UR ABOVE REPLY, THOUGH I
APPRECIATE UR CONSTANT REPLIES TRYING TO HELP ME BUT FOR MY LITTLE KNOLEDGE
IN COMPUTERS.
DO U THINK WHAT U SAY CAN HELP IN THIS VERSION.
CAN U PL GO STEP BY STEP WHAT I HAVE TO DO.
I TRIED WHATEVER IS SUJJESTED BY ALL RESPONDENTS BUT NO FATE.
ALSO Mr RAMESH WROTE THE FOLLOWING BUT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ...
CAN SOMEONE PL EXPLAIN?
MSINET.OCX, a Visual Basic run-time does not ship with Windows Vista. Check
this:

Therefore the application manufacturer has to bundle the runtime along with
the software.
