Sorry Andre, but synchronizing offline files has nothing to to with the
dropped PC-to-PC synchronization.
Stuart, I have encountered the same issue as you and am puzzled as well.
Funnily enough it did work for me upto a few days ago and no changes were
made in my configuration.
Maybe someone else has a clue?
