Do you mean the game will never run at all, or it just doesn't auto-run when
you insert the dvd?
(assuming you have installed it)
Does it run when you select it from the Games Explorer? (start orb, select
the "Games" menu on the right) if so then you don't need to worry, you don't
need the disk in the drive to play it.
(assuming you have not installed it)
If you open the drive itself (Click on Start-Orb then "computer" on the
right side), then double-click on the DVD drive (usually disk E

- does the
install start?
Its possible your auto-play settings are set not to run a game DVD
automatically.
