Thanks for your reply. I used Live One Care Back up and restore, and as far
as I am aware the .ost files were included as it listed Outlook. I nhave
followed the instructions for replacing the emails, but so far have not had
any luck at all. I am beginning to doubt my purchase of Vista I must admit,
as I have also had problem getting it to recognise my wireless cards, now
fixed, and my removable hard drive, still not fixed. Mail remains my
immediate problem however, as there are many emails
