I can offer only two other approaches. First, download and install all the
updates available at the Microsoft update website, if you haven't already
done so. You might get lucky and install a fix.
Second, contact Microsoft Support directly, in accordance with the
instructions and links contained on the previous troubleshooting guide I
posted earlier. Anyone else?
