Thanks Michael. I have contacted HP, Microsoft, Logitech, Paltalk and
others. None seemed to have an answer for me. Each directed me to someone
else. I followed each ones directions to no avail, but just as mysteriously
as the problem was, it resolved itself on its own. I do not have a clue what
or how, but the camera started working in chat out of the clear blue. Now I
am just wondering when it will quit again out of the clear blue.
