Only the 4 languages were provided.
You should be able to open your other dictionary and copy the contents to
the Windows Mail one.

My Word dictionary is located at
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Proof\Cutom.dic

The Windows Mail dictionary is located at
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows
Mail\UserDictionary.lex

Both are regular text files, so you should be able to cut and paste.
