I have never seen that behavior. As she is accessing the web interface for
her Comcast email account it should not open OE. The email icon link is
coded into the site as
http://www.comcast.net/qry/goto?app=mail&CM.src=top
and cannot be changed by anyone other than the sites webmaster.
