Here is a link to the latest Vista 32-bit driver for your video card Daniel.
Download and save the file in your Downloads folder then simply open the
file and follow the prompts.
Reboot and try the game again.
If the game is working, but you're getting "TV" like interferrence, there is
a possibility that your video card is damaged. Video chips heat up more when
you're playing games, so if the chips are going bad you'll get weird
corruption in the game.
You might take your system to an expert to have it checked out, or add a new
video card to your system, the video card in your system is most likely
integrated into the motherboard, but most systems have an expansion slot
that you can add a new card too.
