Hi Claude,

You can use File > Export inside of Windows Mail. Save it inside a empty new folder on the desktop or your user folders, then you can move it where you would like it. Scroll down a bit and look at the "To backup your email messages to restore later :" subsection under the "To Reset Windows Mail" section for details on how to do it at the link below.
