The Control Panel's Internet Options should be for your default IE7 browser. I see that you had it as the x32 IE7 for your default. Have you tried to do the "Reset" button option in Internet Options > Advanced tab for the x32 IE7 yet?
I suppose it could be a Virus, but it seems more like a add-on gone afoul. Kaspersky 7 is a good AV, so I'm sure it would of caught it if there was one.
