The printer model is cannon mp180. I have down loaded and installed the
vista compatible driver. I have also spoken to Cannon multiple times
(installed and uninstalled multiple times the printer driver but same result.
(I originally had a lexmark and had the same problem so i upgraded to
cannon). I keep getting an error to install the driver for my USB receivers
(x4) and to down load the driver for the printer. I have looked at the
device manager and according to the device manager all my drivers are up to
date, but I still get the same message to down load the driver for the usb
port. Windows is unable to down load the driver for the usb port for the
printer and remember that the driver software has been down loaded and
installed. I am so frustrated. ah!
