Assuming you've taken a file backup, instead of a Complete PC Backup, have
you tried this below?

Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Backup and Restore Center -> Advanced
Restore -> Advanced Restore -> Files from backup made on a different
computer -> Select disk/volume in which the backups are present -> This
screen should show a list of all file backups created on the disk/volume in
question
