RE: Issues with HP Printer after upgrading to Vista I bought a new Gateway computer and Windows Vista cane on it. I have "no scan
options" on my HP 6310 aio. HP told me I needed a network. So I got a
wireless and the network cable to go with it that HP recomended. After 19
calls to HP and the patch disc that they sent me I still have "no scan
options" I think Windows Vista was a mistake on my part and I wish I had
never seen it. I need to scan documents to attorneys and I am dead in the
water. Can anyone offer some help I can understand? I am NOT a computer
wizzadr just a casual user.
