Yeah, I noticed i posted in the wrong NG--but no need to get upset!
Just ignore the thread!
I called to find out if I should go thru the pain of deleting Office
from 1 desktop and then install it on a new laptop that has a trial
version of 2007 on it currently, and which expires soon. I didnt want
spend the time to do all that only to find that I won't be able to
activate the product. NOW do u understand my concern??? I'm not all
knowing as you are, apparently--therefore I figured the prudent thing to
do was call the mfgr--which in this case is Microsoft.
Gawd, but I never understand the rationale behind someone posting
useless comments when someone posts a question. If you don't want to
offer useful help, why not just skip to the next thread, instead of
getting wound up?
