is this an all in one device provided by Road Runner? or did you buy
it?

is there a sticker on the bottom with a model number, etc.?

you should be able to log on to the router admin pages by opening a
browser and typing in

http://192.168.0.1

it's likely that the username is netgear or admin
and that the password is blank(empty) or password

who set this router up for you?

CA is most likely an AV or AV/firewall.
Are you using WPA2, WPA, or WEP (WEP is not secure at all and not
safe).
