As with Windows XP, the general newsgroup seems to be a catch all.
There are many Windows Vista newsgroups.
Many of the questions posed here are better answered in a different
group more specific to the issue.
Unfortunately even the suggestion of someone posting to a more
appropriate newsgroup has some complaining that the person making the
suggestion is trying to control others.
