Double check and make sure that Windows Mail and Internet Explorer (or your browser) both have all of their default associations set to them. See this section, "
Set Your Default Programs File Type Associations :" at the bottom, for how to do it. Default Programs If you already did this, then check this setting in Windows Mail: 1. Click Tools. 2. Click Options. 3. Click Security tab. 4. Dot "Internet Zone"
5. Uncheck "Block images and other external content......"
6. Click Ok Hope this helps, Shawn
