Re: Cannot Send Mail Using Windows Live Mail

I was hoping the fix would be easy, but it doesn't look like it.

If we take the error message at face value, either
A. Your Windows Mail is sending non-standard data, or
B. The mail.btinternet.com server is misinterpreting data sent by your
Windows Mail as non-standard.

Frankly, neither one of those two possibilities is very likely.
The only thing left to try is some other combinations:
1. Try sending through a different SMTP server.
2. Try sending from a different PC.
3. Try a different email program.
