Thank you. That solved the problem immediately. I had techos from Dell
telling me to do the proceedure to make it exactly as it was when I got it
from Dell... thus losing everything I had on it and starting all over again
*shakes head*. Knew that couldn't be the answer. You are a champ. Thanks
again for your wonderful help.
