Thanks for all the responses guys - much appreciated. My previous one was
indeed bundled from Dell, hence my confusion.

I'll give Openoffice a look, otherwise I'm looking at over £100 for a basic
Msoffice including Outlook, Excel and Word...ouch, no thanks!
