I did the same thing. Microsoft in thier pre-release literature stated that
you could have it display any language, so I bought it in Spanish (as we have
a home in spain). What they failed to say was that you have to have the more
expensive versions. I have tried to contact them through customer support,
but they cant even recognise my product number. I bought it from El Court
Englaise, a well respected chain of stores in spain, so microsoft are wrong.
Also note that a lot of my earlier software wont run on Vista, they never put
that in their literature. This is the last time I spend any money on
microsoft products. If you want my advice DO NOT BUY VISTA. |
