I suspect there is only one inbound traffic port that needs to be opened,
which one that is I don't. Usually, you can tell which port it is by just
starting up the program and not have it doing anything.

There should be one port that's just sitting there listening if no activity
is happening with the program, and that port is the one to deal with letting
inbound traffic pasted the FW. You might have to call the vendor.
