First off I would like to apologize if my statements offended anyone. My
intention was to state that perhaps one could say that if they were running
either of the suspected programs they might try uninstalling to see if that
solved their problems. And to say that or use Windows Live Beta would be the
answer is my only issue. As I said in an earlier posits that I am having the
same issue in either Win Mail and Windows Live and do not use those
suspected programs and it seems that I'm not alone. It may well be the
solution for some, but after reading many past posts it seems it might work
sometime only to have the problem reappear again after a period of time. I
certainly know you guys are trying to help and really do an outstanding job.
So lets agree to disagree in friendly terms and find a useful fix.
