Unlike Outlook Express, Windows Mail doesn't support Identities.
There are four solutions:
1. If you need the extra privacy, use separate Windows user logins.
2. Purchase an add-on:

3. You can separate incoming mail with message rules so that
mail gets sorted into different folders.
4. You can upgrade to the free Windows Live Mail beta,
which has a separate inbox for each account:
