Stuart did you see the Speedtouch listed in the Network Sharing Center. Did
you then click the Manage Network Connections link in the left hand list.
When that opened did you see you Speedtouch modem listed.
If you did all the above as outlined and did not see your modem listed,
unplug and reinstall the modem with your supplied CD.
If you did find it in the list select it and right click for a drop down
list. Use that list to make corrections.
