It looks like you have some registry corruption in user hive file. There is
nothing that you can realistically do about it.
You could migrate all your settings to your new profile. They are kept in
C:\User\USERNAME\Appdata\. This is a hidden folder, and only take folders
within those three contained folders that you know you need to move over.
If you do not know what you are doing it is better to leave them there.
Make sure that you shut down your computer properly to avoid corrupting your
user profile again.
