HP offers some Vista drivers for that model; they appear to be nVidia
drivers, version 98.16. (I haven't seen those before.)
Only the standard resolutions are listed, but I'm pretty certain that the
normal widescreen LCD resolutions (1440X900 and 1680X1050) would be no
problem. (1920X1200 is listed, but monitors that support that are 24" or
larger, and still somewhat expensive.)
HP does not appear to offer any .inf files for download for their monitors
for Vista. I suppose that means that they aren't necessary.
I would have liked to offer perfect certainty that your graphics card will
correctly drive ordinary widescreen monitors. I think that you shouldn't
worry, though.
