This is a 64 bit age. I think it is about time the common operating system is 64 bits. The hardware vendors need to start supporting 64 bit.

The bigger question is WHY? Do you have a new piece of hardware or software that required 64-bit? Can you get 64-bit drivers for all of your hardware, both internal (video cards, etc.) and external printers, scanners, web cams, keyboard and mice?

(a) Can you upgrade from Vista-32 bit to 64-bit without trashing your disks ?
(b) I have the 32-bit disks, can I get the 64-bit disks cheaper than buying a new set ?
